Values behind Agile Contract Manifesto

A good example of outcome-based contracting was recently published by the NZ Gov, that e.g. took a positive impact to society, or sustainability by the outcomes of the partnership into consideration. Read more about it here: https://bit.ly/3H1iFnw

We either could specify the solution, which then becomes very complex and detailed or try to align on the solution-independent customer needs.

The key word is partnership here. We wanna collaborate on the same eye level and the contract should represent this too. Furthermore both parties wanna learn & adapt as we go along or even a stop the partnership if needed.

Instead of seeking a clear demarcation between buyer & supplier to rule e.g. possible liability claims we wanna talk about any risks & concerns honestly to develop a joint ownership
