He brings in a decade of rich experience being part of an international financial institution in a highly regulated industry, in various advisory roles in IT Sourcing, Vendor Management, IT/Third party risk management. Prior to that, he has Global work experience with various Manufacturing, Pharma and Telecom sector customers as a strategic vendor. He is experienced in building & nurturing customer relationships in both IT and Business.
From a continuous learning perspective, he has undergone various trainings including Agile Product Owner (PO), Professional Agile leadership (PAL) and he is a certified ISO27001 Lead implementer.
From continuous improvement angle, he is Six-Sigma green belt certified, Black Belt trained & ITIL Certified along with CMMi, eSCM & Process Improvement knowledge.
His professional interests are IT Sourcing & Vendor eco system, IT & third party risk management, Market Intelligence & following closely the global regulations & trends related to IT/outsourcing including upcoming regulations such as DORA.
