Pradeep has developed an Agile Contracting Framework for the major European client  and helped move its vendors from the traditional contracting world into the agile contracting space.

He is an Agilist and seasoned Transformation Consultant. He has 13+ years of overall experience in the Information Technology industry playing key roles including Leadership Coach, Transformation Catalyst and ADKAR certified Change Specialist for large scale organizations going through an Agile transformation journey.

Along with that Pradeep has been on the Board of Agile Consortium Belgium for a period of 4 years.
